AsciiDoc3 switches to AGPLv3+

From now on AsciiDoc3 comes to you under the GNU Affero General Public License Version 3 or later/higher.
Legacy AsciiDoc is/was licensed under GPLv2 or higher. To ensure the highest possible protection against whatever may be or happen we upgrade to the AGPLv3+. This is covered by the classification of the Free Software Foundation and in addition recommended.

Highlights of next version

AsciiDoc3’s next release 4.0.0 is under way. Aside from some minor changes some greater enhancements are in the pipeline. See here some highlights:

html5 is the default output/backend,

DocBook5.2 will be supported,

the repo on gitlab https://gitlab.com/asciidoc3/asciidoc3 shows adjustments regarding the file-layout (no impact on use),

verbose output is more meaningful,
